HOW STANLEY KEEPS PROVING THEY ARE THE BEST

I first purchased two half gallon Stanley vacuum bottles around 1975. I bought these because I wanted the best bottle available to keep coffee hot and some cold beverages as well. They were used on all night trips on snow machines, fishing trips, camping and a lot of traveling by cars. They never failed to perform as only a Stanley can. I never pampered them, the bottles were always hauled in places where they could roll around and get banged up, you know anyplace that was left over so you could get it in a hurry. Whenever I wanted a cup of hot coffee it was always there.

Last month I was taking a a trip to St Louis, so I filled a bottle with coffee , put it in the floorboard of my car and hit the road. A few miles down the road I poured a cup of coffee, I noticed the outside of the bottle was hot. I thought, that doesn't seem right, but I enjoyed the coffee. About an hour later I poured another cup and It was only warm. This was the first failure of the bottle in about 33 years. That's not too bad I thought, and I decided to contact Stanley to see if they could repair it.

After I contacted Stanley, they wrote me a nice letter saying they regret that the vacuum bottle was not performing to my satisfaction and they would send me a new one under the lifetime warranty. HOW GOOD IS THAT? I just received my new bottle this morning, and it looks great. Over the years the Stanley bottles proved that the investment was a good one, and today the new replacement bottle says it loud and clear. Stanley Vacuum Bottles are the best and they prove it over and over. Thank you Stanley.
