I have owned a classic 1.1 qt since '81 I hadnt used it in awhile and recently started using it again only to find out it wasnt holding the beverage heat very well. I emailed customer service about my concern and was immediately responded to saying they needed some basic info and a new one would be shipped immediately. no hassle or questions asked!!! Now that's A+++ customer service.
After receiving my new one I had to give it a test........brewed up a steaming hot beverage and didnt even preheat the bottle and filled it up and placed it outside inthe snow for about 6hours, still very very very hot, then left in inside unopened for another day about 48 hours total and it was still plenty hot enough to enjoy. I was happy !! This is a great product and backed by a great customer service & satisfaction policy. I am going to buy a couple more for hot food for hunting trips.!!!
