Not very long
The very first day I had my new Stanley I dropped it out of my semi-truck. It had a big dent on the bottom so it wouldn't stand up but I used it anyway. It was roughed up abit over the next 5 years. The handle broke, the silver cap came off the cup and finally the rubber ring on the lid broke and it was leaking. But I liked it so much I continued to use it in this condition for about a year. When finally I had enough of the leaking,I told my wife it was time for a new one. She reminded me that it was gaurenteed and I laughed and said they were not about to replace something this old and beat up. Well I went to your website and one thing led to another and I'll be darned. You guys replace it, with free shipping!!! You guys have a customer for life. Thanks again!
