i had my stanley thermos for 20 yrs still kept my coffee hot. it looked really bad but it still worked.

So, my husband bought me a new thermos, I guess he thinks I'm gonna work another 20 yrs but any way he threw my old one out and I started using my new one and my coffee was cold. How upset was I, not only was my coffee cold it was cold outside and he done thrown my old Stanley away. So, he said there is a lifetime warranty on them so I wrote to Stanley Co and low in behold they sent me a new one that works .

So, Stanley ... lids off to you

Thank you for the replacement I now have hot coffee whether it is 90 degrees or 20 below
