Replacement Thermos - Excellent Customer Service

A few years back, I purchased a Stanley thermos for my brother as a Christmas gift. As I had previously owned the same type of Stanley I had purchased some twenty five years prior. I had excellent usage from mine so opted to purchase one for him. He complained right from the start that the thermos would not hold its heat. He'd tried it a couple of times and finally gave it back to me. I tried it too and the outside of the bottle heated up. I forgot about it for a few years, (still in original box) and finally decided to send it back to Stanley, in Jan of 07. Not hearing from anyone by May I found an email address and sent an inquiry. I received a prompt response by email and phone to advise that I had sent thermos to the wrong address (old address on original box). I was advised a new thermos was in the mail to me that day. I received new unit about a week later. What a pleasant surprise!! Talk about Customer Service.... EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!
