Why I Will Buy Stanley Thermos Bottles for The Rest of My Life
I purchased a Stanley 1 Qt. thermos bottle many years ago. I liked it so much, I decided to buy a larger 2 Qt. model. Well, I couldn't believe it, but my larger thermos wouldn't hold heat for as long as my 1 Qt... I didn't like that, so I decided after 20 or so years to try to get it replaced with a new 2 Qt. model. Well, I didn't have a receipt, so I thought fat chance that I could get it replaced. I went online and found a place to e-mail me an address where I could send my thermos to. I was told I didn't need a receipt either. I just received my Stanley 2 Qt. thermos (With all the new improvements!). I love the larger mouth, the new cup design, and the finish on this new thermos. Because Stanley truly honored their "Lifetime Guarantee”, and sent me a new 2 Qt. thermos (WITHOUT A RECEIPT!) and AFTER all of these years! I will buy nothing but Stanley thermos products the rest of my life. Thank You Stanley for a job well done! You truly are a "Class act". If you haven't checked out Stanley's 2 Qt. Thermoses, you really need to.
